Flow of Thesis Session Registration
Thesis Session Registration Procedure
1. Complete the signature of the Revision Certificate from the Supervisor and Lecturers 1, 2, and 3.
2. Complete the 4th Form C signature from the Supervisor and Discussion Lecturer 1, 2, and 3 for approval of the thesis draft. This form is photocopied as much as 1 sheet.
3. Take the blank for trial registration in the Administration Office (TU) of the Mining Engineering Study Program.
4. Apply for Colloquium Minutes online through the following link:

by attaching:
- Proof of journal upload screenshots at http://jurnal.upnyk.ac.id/index.php/jtp
- Revised journal file
After that, take the Colloquium Minutes at the FKI Tambang room by submitting a fully signed Revision Certificate.
5. Perform a plagiarism test of a maximum of 25% via email to: perpus@upnyk.ac.id
6. Take the TOEFL test at the UPN Language Laboratory with a minimum score of 400.
7. Print proof of UKT payment through SIUKT, ask for a stamp at Bank BNI, then photocopy 3 sheets.
8. Ask for the signature of the transcript to the guardian lecturer and photocopy 1 sheet.
9. Ask for the signature of the Study Plan Card (KRS) to the guardian lecturer and photocopy 1 sheet.
10. Attach the trial registration file as follows:
- 2 sheets of thesis title complete with the names of Supervisors and Discussors
- 3 photocopies of proof of UKT payment
- 1 photocopy of score transcript
- 2 photocopies of high school diploma
- 1 photocopy of TOEFL certificate from UPN Language Lab
- 1 copy of ID card
- 1 photocopy of KTM and KRS of active semester
- 1 copy of Form C that has been signed
- 1 photocopy of Colloquium Minutes
- 1 photocopy of plagiarism test results (max. 25%).
11. Collect 4 copies of the thesis that has been bound with a plastic/mica cover.
12. All files are put into a stopmap (except the thesis).
