Yudicium Registration Requirements

Judicium Registration Procedure

1. Students are required to take care of the signature on the thesis attestation sheet as many as 4 sheets that have been approved by the supervisor.

2. Thesis volume of 2 copies.

3. Stamp the official seal of the department in the Administration (TU) of the department with the condition of bringing 2 copies of the thesis that has been bound and has been affixed with a 4x6 cm color photo.

4. Burning CD as many as 2 pieces according to the provisions listed on the following page:
     https://perpus.upnyk.ac.id/menu/66/bebas-pustaka

5. Visit the department library with:

     - 2 copies of the thesis that has been bound

     - 1 CD containing thesis files

6. Visit UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta Library with:

     - 1 CD containing thesis files

     - Turnitin payment (if not already done) to obtain a library release letter from UPN Library.

7. Combine all documents into one folder, consisting of:

     - Photocopies of two library exemption letters (from department library and UPN library)

     - 2 endorsement sheets that have been signed by the supervisor and affixed with a photo

     - 1 statement letter signed by the supervisor (format can follow the Word/Excel example from Mr. Fajar)

     - Certificate of Eligibility to Attend Judicium
     - All documents are submitted to the department's TU.

8. Scan the last diploma and Certificate of Eligibility for Judiciary for uploading purposes.

9. Register for judicium through the SADEWA system.

     Note: If after filling in the data a notification fails to submit, it is possible that the Final Project (TA) and Colloquium grades have not been uploaded by the lecturer.
