1. Registration must be done through each student's Sadewa account
2. Prospective graduates are REQUIRED to verify their data and submit one printed passport photo to the Academic Office

4. Students must have completed their studies and be officially declared eligible for graduation through a Dean’s Decree of Graduation (Surat Keputusan Yudisium) issued by the Faculty
