Colloquium registration requirements that must be completed:

1. Colloquium Power Point
2. Upload Proof of Guidance by Supervisor 1 (Consultation Sheet)
3. Scan Form C which has been signed by the Supervisor 1 lecturer
4. Upload Proof of having attended 5x colloquium
5. Plagiarism Free Colloquium Journal (Turn it In < 15%)
6. Journals that will be distributed at the colloquium

2. After filling out the online registration form, then go to the FKI (Scientific Communication Forum) Mining Engineering room to determine the colloquium schedule, colloquium room and print colloquium invitations that will be given to Supervisors and Discussants. (maximum h-2 before the colloquium implementation)

3. Submit the draft thesis and colloquium invitation in the amount of 4 copies to the Supervisor and Discussant. (maximum h-2 before the colloquium implementation)

Colloquium Implementation

1. Dress neatly in a white shirt, black pants/skirt and wear a tie.

2. Followed by at least 10 audiences (participants).

3. Distribution of colloquium presentation materials (paper or summary) to colloquium participants.

4. Attended by at least 3 lecturers (it is mandatory for the supervisor and discussant 1 lecturer to be present) at the time of the colloquium.
