The process for submitting a final project/Form A is as follows:

      1. Students contact companies and prepare proposals.

      2. Students fill out the final project submission form via the following link: https://bit.ly/DataTATambangGasal25-26

      3. The Program Coordinator provides recommendations for Thesis Advisors.

      4. Students undergo proposal guidance at least twice. If the supervisor approves, students request the supervisor's signature with the knowledge of the academic supervisor and the program coordinator.

      5. Students submit the application requirements to the Mining Department Administration Office, namely: https://bit.ly/pendaftaranFormA

           a. Copy of the thesis proposal title and approval form signed by the supervisor, Academic Advisor, and Program Coordinator
           b. Academic transcript
           c. Student Course Registration Form (KRS)
           d. Proof of active student status
